About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Help customers understand diamond quality and value.
- Support studded jewellery sales.
- Demonstrate diamonds using in-store equipment.
- Assist with technical product checks.
Training Programme Details
- Duration: 5 weeks, in-person classroom-based.
- Fees: FREE.
- Training Location: Mumbai.
- Start Date: 16 November 2026.
- Application Deadline: 31 October 2026.
- Candidates must arrange their own travel and accommodation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline.
- Previous knowledge or experience in diamonds, gemmology, or jewellery retail is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and the regional language.
- Basic mathematical skills and a customer-focused mindset.
