About the Role
- Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) is recruiting for an industrial training program for CA and CMA intermediate pass-outs.
- This program offers a total of 50 opportunities across five cities.
- Trainees will receive a stipend and practical training in finance and accounting duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform finance and accounting duties at ONGC.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- CA Intermediate pass by ICAI.
- CMA Intermediate pass by ICMAI.
- Both group marksheets required.
- Minimum 60% in Class 12.
- Born on or after January 1, 2000.
- Class 10 marksheet or certificate for age proof.
Qualifications
- Professional Qualification: CA Intermediate pass (ICAI) or CMA Intermediate pass (ICMAI).
- Academic Qualification: Minimum 60% in Class 12.
- Age Criteria: Born on or after January 1, 2000.
Training Details
- CA Trainees: Training period of 9 to 12 months.
- CMA Trainees: Training period of 15 to 18 months.
- Placement Cities: Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Vadodara, and Kolkata.
- Stipend:
- Category X Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata): Rs. 25,000/- per month (Year 1), Rs. 27,000/- per month (Year 2).
- Category Y City (Vadodara): Rs. 22,000/- per month (Year 1), Rs. 25,000/- per month (Year 2).
- Leave: Allowed as per the rules of ICAI or ICMAI.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on essential qualifications.
- Preference for ONGC wards.
- Preference for first-attempt pass candidates.
- Interview (Online/Offline/Over the phone).
- Candidates will bear the cost of attending the interview.
