• Customer Experience
• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service.
• Anticipate customer needs, initiate conversation naturally, and offer product support and styling guidance.
• Sales Floor Maintenance
• Support product replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment.
• Ensure presentation standards are met, including folding, hanging, and sizing.
• Cash Wrap Operations
• Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Ensure a friendly and positive checkout experience.
• Online Orders
• Support Save the Sale orders.
• Fulfill In-Store Pick-Up orders.
• Package ship-from-store orders.
