Training Cum Internship

About the Role

JB Travel and Tours Pvt Ltd is seeking motivated and technically curious individuals for a Full Stack Independent Application Development Training Cum Internship program. This opportunity is designed for candidates who want to strengthen their full stack development skills through structured training, hands-on application development, and practical project experience. Participants will work on real-world development projects while learning how to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full stack applications. The program provides exposure to both frontend and backend technologies and encourages independent problem-solving and project ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured full stack development training and technical learning sessions.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications.
• Build frontend interfaces using modern web technologies.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and application logic.
• Work with databases to store, retrieve, and manage application data.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services.
• Participate in application design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Debug application issues and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Perform functional and basic performance testing.
• Use Git and version-control practices for application development.
• Collaborate with mentors, developers, designers, and other team members.
• Independently research solutions to technical challenges.
• Document application features, development processes, and technical decisions.
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate technical feedback.
• Contribute to improving application performance, security, and usability.
• Complete assigned development projects within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or current enrollment in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of software development concepts.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of frontend or backend development.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, PHP, or similar.
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with Git or another version-control system is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and development frameworks.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, or another frontend framework.
• Familiarity with Node.js, .NET, Django, Spring Boot, Laravel, or similar backend technologies.
• Knowledge of REST APIs.
• Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with responsive web design.
• Personal, academic, freelance, or open-source development projects.
