About the Role
Seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Store Associate to create great customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and offer assistance with shoes and accessories.
- Operate the register, including handling cash, providing change, and processing returns.
- Utilize basic math and counting skills for transactions.
- Inform customers about promotions and the Shoe Perks program.
- Maintain neat, organized, and well-stocked displays.
- Support loss prevention and store cleanliness.

- Comfortable bending, squatting, and reaching for merchandise.
- Able to move quickly in a fast-paced store environment.
