About the Role
Medical Scribe supporting primary care teams serving adults on Medicare in underserved communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Document patient encounters in real time, including histories, exam findings, assessments, and care plans into the EHR.
- Maintain complete, compliant patient charts and support population health and preventative care documentation.
- Collaborate closely with clinicians to streamline visit workflows and improve efficiency.
