About the Role
As a Security Officer Full Time Building Access Control in Irvine, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of office, parking, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual conditions.
- Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver’s license may be required.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
