Perspire Sauna Studio is seeking positive, confident, and results-oriented team members who love to connect with people for their upscale sauna studio in Irvine Crossroads.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using the CRM with high-energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain a clean facility, including turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area.

• A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service.
• A consistently fantastic team-player attitude.
• A verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior sales experience.
• Evening and weekend availability.
