Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on healthcare compliance, patient privacy, contracts, partnerships, and risk management.
• Review and draft agreements.
• Advise on regulatory and employment matters.
• Assist in policy development to ensure compliance and ethical standards.
• Collaborate closely with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams to support mission-driven, legally sound, and compassionate care delivery.
