Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle customer service operations for international clients across 89 countries.
• Convince and convert clients to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the Project Management Team for efficient project management.
• Handle email communication with international clients and the home team.
• Address client inquiries via Emails, calls, and chats to provide solutions and increase business.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team for strategy implementation.
• Manage B2B accounts and handle client calls.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• MS Office
• Coordination and effective decision-making skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts: 6 am to 3 pm / 10 am to 7 pm / 3 pm to 12 midnight / 10 pm to 7 am.
• Flexibility to work on rotational Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications

• Graduates from any field / MBA.
• Freshers welcome.
• Desirable: 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role.
• Desirable: Knowledge about Scientific Publications and STEM industry.
