About the Role

Clinogenesis Research Institute is seeking final-year life sciences students or recent graduates for an entry-level Clinical Research Associate position. This program offers direct mentor-led exposure to clinical research.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating clinical trial activities and site-level procedures.
• Gain hands-on exposure in maintaining Essential Documents, Trial Master Files (TMF), and Case Report Forms (eCRFs).
• Learn protocol compliance, patient coordination, and ethical research frameworks.
• Deepen understanding of global ICH-GCP guidelines, FDA regulatory updates, and site operations.
• Participate in structured team training and live trial management sessions.

Qualifications

• Degrees: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc / M.Sc (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Nursing) or equivalent healthcare degrees.
• Eligibility: Freshers ONLY (Final-year students about to graduate & recent pass-outs).
• Core Traits: High eagerness to learn, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
