About the Role

Ankur Gupta and Co. is a Chartered Accountancy firm in Dehradun providing services in accounting, audit and assurance, taxation, compliance, and financial advisory.

This role offers an opportunity for motivated CA students eligible for articleship to learn and gain practical experience across different areas of a CA firm’s work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with statutory audits, internal audits, and other audit assignments.
• Help prepare financial statements, accounting schedules, and supporting documents.
• Support GST returns, income tax returns, TDS workings, and other compliance activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and verification of financial records.
• Coordinate with clients to collect documents and clarify financial information.
• Maintain proper working papers and help ensure assignments are completed on time.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing CA and eligible for articleship registration under applicable ICAI regulations.
• Basic understanding of accounting and taxation.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a responsible approach to work.
