About the Role

Laurus Institute, Kalamassery, Kochi, is hiring a full-time, in-house Soft Skills Trainer to work with Diploma, PG Diploma, and MBA students in logistics and supply chain management. This is an urgent opening; candidates who can join within two weeks will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Run daily sessions on spoken English and communication, presentation skills, group discussions, interview preparation, email and workplace etiquette, and personal grooming.
• Design short activities, role plays, and mock interviews.
• Track each student's progress and work with the placement team to prepare students for company interviews.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Fluent English and Malayalam.
• Confident on stage, able to run a room of 30–40 students.
• A 10-minute demo session is part of the interview.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream; MA English, communication, or HR background is an advantage.
• 1–4 years of training experience at an institute, college, BPO, or corporate L&D team.
• Strong freshers with proven public-speaking ability can also apply.

Location: Laurus Institute, Karippai Road, North Kalamassery, Kochi 683104 (on campus, Monday to Saturday).

Salary: ₹25,000 per month.
