Dharmik Life is a spiritual lifestyle startup led by an IIT Roorkee '19 graduate. We have achieved 15x growth in 3 months to a ₹2Cr+ revenue run rate and are backed by founders of Bewakoof, Upside Learning, ex CTO of slice, and alums from IIT Roorkee, IIT Bombay, and Stanford. We are looking to scale rapidly in 2026 and are currently closing our seed round.

About the Role

We are seeking a Founder's Office Intern to work directly with the founder. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to various aspects of a startup, from operations to strategy, and play a direct role in scaling the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Management: Focus on expanding new products and improving current ones.
• P & L: Identify opportunities to expand revenue from current business lines.
• Automation: Automate marketing material flow and other processes using AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Research: Conduct research on topics such as market trends, competition, and product strategies as required by the founder.
• Ecommerce Platforms: Manage operations and growth on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and others.
• Online Presence: Contribute to the growth of the startup's online presence across platforms.
• Offline Distribution: Assist in executing distribution strategies to expand offline presence.
• Adhoc Sales & Operations: Support sales and operational tasks as needed.
• General Startup Tasks: Undertake various tasks to ensure smooth operations and growth.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with past customers to gather insights and brainstorm growth ideas.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong interest in startups, innovation, and fast-paced environments.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of brand building and marketing.
• Analytical mindset for problem-solving and creating efficient workflows.
• Proficiency in tools like Shopify, Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart is a plus.
• Interest in AI tools and automation.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take ownership of tasks.
• Minimum commitment of 6 months.

Details

• Location: Gurgaon (On-Site)
• Stipend: ₹45,000/month (₹10,000 cash + ₹35,000 housing expenses)
• Type: Full-Time Internship
• Work Hours: 6 days/week, 9 hours/day
• Accommodation: Shared room in a Gurgaon villa provided, including food, cook, maid, and electricity. Separate floors for men and women.
