This is a full-time, on-site Junior Counselor role based in Nagpur.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact daily with students and parents, providing guidance on academic programs, course selections, and learning pathways offered by The Brainery Online Academy.
• Conduct counseling sessions.
• Explain program details.
• Address queries.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions.
• Coordinate with teaching and administrative teams.
• Follow up with prospective and current students.
• Support outreach or orientation activities.
• Contribute to a welcoming, professional environment.
• Uphold high standards of confidentiality and ethical conduct.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and families.
• Skills in student guidance and basic counseling, including listening, problem-solving, and providing clear, supportive advice.
• Organizational and administrative skills, such as maintaining records, handling follow-ups, and managing schedules efficiently.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online learning platforms or educational technology tools.
• Relevant academic background in psychology, education, counseling, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in student counseling or academic advisory roles is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Nagpur.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to maintain professional ethics and confidentiality.
