About the Role

Anokhi Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its sales team for premium residential projects across Bengaluru. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with customers who enquire about residential properties
• Understand their budget, preferred location and property requirements
• Recommend suitable premium residential projects
• Explain project details, pricing, offers and payment plans
• Schedule and coordinate customer site visits
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers
• Build strong customer relationships and handle queries confidently
• Update customer interactions and follow-ups regularly in the CRM

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates interested in starting a career in sales
• Candidates with 0–4 years of sales experience
• Candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident individuals who are comfortable speaking with customers over calls and in person
• Candidates comfortable coordinating customer site visits, including weekends

Previous real estate experience is not mandatory for freshers.

Complete project and sales training will be provided.
