About the Role
The Social Media & Marketing Intern will support daily content creation and campaign execution across key social media platforms. This internship is hybrid, with primary work based in Mumbai and some tasks that can be completed from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with social media posting schedules.
- Assist with basic media planning.
- Monitor engagement.
- Gather insights from audience interactions.
- Assist with marketing activities such as brainstorming campaign ideas.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Contribute to new media experiments (e.g., reels, short videos, interactive content).
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of content formats and analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Mumbai.
- Ability to manage time independently and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong interest and foundational skills in Marketing and New Media.
- Ability to understand social media trends and brand positioning.
- Media Planning and basic Research skills.
- Effective Communication skills (written and verbal).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Creative mindset, openness to feedback, and willingness to learn.
