Data Operations Intern

About the Role

This is an internship role for a Data Operations Intern, based on-site in Bengaluru. The intern will assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing product and materials data to ensure accuracy and consistency across internal databases and customer-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate supplier information.
• Update catalog entries.
• Map attributes.
• Support data quality checks and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, operations) to maintain data standards and improve data workflows.
• Document processes.
• Support basic reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in data operations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic proficiency in spreadsheets or data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
• Familiarity with SQL or databases is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately with large data sets.
• Ability to follow data standards, document processes, and perform routine data quality checks.
• Effective communication skills and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Interest in home interiors, design, or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
