Business Development/ Inside Sales Assistant

About the Role

Intellipaat is a global online professional training provider offering courses in collaboration with top MNCs and universities.

Key Responsibilities

• Calling leads in the CRM to understand career up-skilling requirements and pitching the right course.
• Consistently achieving revenue targets.
• Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
• Identifying references from existing customers to increase the sales pipeline.
• Maintaining all customer interactions in the CRM.
• Managing all pre-sales to post-sales support activities for assigned leads.
• Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential prospects.
• Understanding customer requirements and providing feedback for future product portfolio improvement.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Decent exposure working with any CRM like Salesforce, Zoho, etc.

Qualifications

• Any graduates (Except BA).

Skills Preferred

• Excellent spoken and verbal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate.
• Ability to work under stress.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Fast-learner, keen on details, and self-motivated.

Work Environment

• Work from Office.
• Working Hours: Total 9 Hours (including 1 hour break).

Compensation

For Both Interns and Full Time Employees:

• First 6 Months (Internship/Training Period): ₹25,000/- fixed salary per month + performance-based incentives.
• Post Completion of 6 Months: CTC revised to ₹8 LPA, comprising:
• ₹4.2 LPA Fixed
• ₹3.8 LPA Variable

First month’s salary will be held and released with the fourth month's salary for retention purposes.

No agreement, bond, or contract will be taken.

Notice period must be served if leaving the company.

Leaves provided only for Final Examinations, not for Internals or Preparatory.
