Key Responsibilities
- Identifying new business opportunities through cold calling and researching new prospects
- Listening to the client’s needs and providing a solution
- Traveling to new clients and prospects sites
- Maintaining client relationships regarding the timeline of open jobs and expectations
- Performing quality control with the recruiting team when screening candidates for jobs
- Completing reference checks
- Contract negotiation with new and existing clients
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to commute to Cherry Hill, NJ (Required)
- In-person, on-site work 5 days a week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Competitive Spirit

- Strong organization skills / detail oriented
Projected Earnings:
- Year 1: 45k – 65k
- Year 2: 60k – 90k
- Year 3: 75k – 125k
