About the Role

Career Bridge IT Services and Overseas Education is looking for a motivated and student-focused Student Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right academic courses, career pathways, and overseas education opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on academic programs, career options, and overseas education opportunities.
• Understand students’ educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
• Explain course details, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
• Follow up with prospective students and enquiries to support the admission process.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents through clear communication and guidance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student counselling and admission experience.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, counselling, and follow-up abilities.
• A student-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
• Previous experience in counselling, education, sales, or admissions is an advantage.
