Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address healthcare-related enquiries.
- Assist customers with doctor appointments, diagnostic tests, health packages, and home healthcare services.
- Provide accurate information about available services, doctors, and department timings.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers for service confirmations and feedback.
