Ecommerce Coordinator

About the Role

Arrowpack / Packpe manufactures and sells packaging products – food packaging, labels, paper bags and stickers – through its own Shopify store and marketplaces such as Amazon. The company is growing its D2C and marketplace business and is looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day online operations. This is an on-site, full-time position at Rajaji Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update product listings on Shopify and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) – titles, descriptions, images, variants, SKUs and pricing.
• Manage inventory and stock updates across channels; flag low-stock and out-of-stock items.
• Process and track orders, shipments and returns in coordination with the dispatch team and courier partners.
• Keep prices, combo/bundle SKUs and offers accurate across all channels.
• Make basic website updates on Shopify – collections, banners, pages and menus.
• Monitor listing health on marketplaces and fix errors, suppressed listings and pricing issues.
• Maintain daily sales, order and stock reports in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Support the marketing team with product data for ads, catalogues and promotions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience; freshers with hands-on Shopify knowledge are welcome.
• Working knowledge of the Shopify admin (products, orders, collections, inventory).
• Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub or Meesho is a plus.
• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and bulk CSV uploads.
• Good written English and strong attention to detail.
• Basic image editing (Canva or similar) preferred.
