About the Role
- Full-time, on-site position based in Noida.
- Support day-to-day operations on production lines.
- Assist in assembly and material handling.
- Ensure smooth workflow.
- Adapt to different tasks and shifts as needed to support overall production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machines as per safety and quality standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues to supervisors.
- Perform basic quality checks.
- Follow standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Production Assistance and experience working on Production Lines.
- Machine Operation skills, including basic setup, safe handling, and routine monitoring of equipment.
- Quality Control skills to perform visual inspections, check measurements, and follow quality standards.
- Easily Adaptable to changing tasks, schedules, and production requirements.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or mechanical processes.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Good physical stamina and willingness to work on the shop floor for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Vocational training in manufacturing or mechanical trades is preferred.
- Prior experience in industrial or automotive-related production is an advantage.
