About the Role
- The Articled Assistant will support tax advisory and litigation assignments.
- Work involves research, drafting, and analysis across direct tax, international tax, FEMA, and related regulatory matters.
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare briefs and documentation for tax assessments and appeals.
- Support representation before tax authorities and appellate forums.
- Contribute to tax opinions and technical research.
- Work on transaction structuring, tax due diligence, and business restructuring projects under the guidance of senior team members.
- Help maintain case files.
- Update internal knowledge repositories.
- Collaborate on client deliverables in a professional and detail-oriented manner.
Qualifications
- Integrity and professional ethics.
- Sincere, self-disciplined, and curious to learn.
- Strong academic foundation in tax laws with strong analytical skills.
- Interest in advanced use of Artificial Intelligence.
- Interest in conducting structured legal and tax research and summarizing findings clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
