Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Audit & Accounts Fresher to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will assist in accounting operations, financial documentation, internal audits, and compliance-related activities while gaining hands-on experience in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Support in maintaining financial records, vouchers, invoices, and ledgers.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and account verification processes.
• Provide support during internal and external audit activities.
• Verify financial documents and ensure proper record maintenance.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial statements.
• Support in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance-related activities (if applicable).
• Coordinate with internal departments for audit and documentation requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, and accounting software is preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• B.Com / M.Com / BAF / BBI or equivalent in Finance & Accounts.
• Basic internship or academic project experience in accounts/audit will be an added advantage.
