Key Responsibilities

• Guide students through the entire study abroad journey: course selection, university shortlisting, scholarship and grant options, and application planning.
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions.
• Explain eligibility criteria.
• Review student profiles.
• Recommend suitable programs and destinations.
• Support students with documentation for applications and visa processes.
• Coordinate with internal scholarship experts and consultants.
• Maintain accurate records in the platform.
• Respond to student queries.
• Deliver clear communication across phone, email, and live sessions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of advising processes and resources.

Qualifications

• Strong Educational Consulting and general Consulting skills.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Visas and related documentation.
• Skills in student advising, academic counseling, and career guidance.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools, CRM or student management systems, and basic data entry.
• Relevant experience in international education, study abroad consulting, or higher education advising is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, international relations, or a related field is preferred.
