Investigation Associate

About the Role

Amazon is looking for an Investigation Associate with a background in transportation, risk management, and data-driven problem resolution skills. This role involves working with stakeholders to build trust-based relationships to investigate suspicious activity, address escalations, and create long-term, systemic solutions for a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations.
• Take appropriate action to identify and help minimize the risk posed by fraud or abuse patterns and trends.
• Consistently achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and quality standards for investigations.
• Systematically escalate problems or variance in information.
• Follow through on resolutions to ensure they are delivered.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments as necessary.
• Meet productivity, quality, and other hygiene metrics/goals.
• Share inputs for SOP enhancements.
