Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Relationship Managers. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, explaining relevant NoBroker services, managing leads, and driving sales conversions through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with customers through inbound and outbound calls.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable NoBroker services.
• Explain subscription plans, pricing, and service benefits.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into paying customers.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call updates in CRM systems.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements and improve service experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
• Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Working Schedule & Job Details

• Shift Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Login Time: 9 hours per day
• Daily Talk-Time Target: 4 hours
• Working Days: 6 days per week
• Weekly Off: 1 rotational day off per week
• Work Mode: Work From Office
• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
