About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day operations related to captive financing processes.
• Managing documentation and workflow.
• Coordinating between sales, credit, and collections teams.
• Monitoring process efficiency and tracking key performance indicators.
• Supporting the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Assisting with operational risk controls.
• Ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Resolving operational issues promptly.
• Contributing to a seamless customer experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other productivity tools.
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance metrics, and support decision-making.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, interact with customers, and prepare clear operational reports.
• Sales-related understanding to coordinate with sales teams, support financing workflows, and align operations with business objectives.
• Operations Management skills to manage daily processes, streamline workflows, and ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Project Management skills to support operational improvement projects, manage timelines, and coordinate resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in financial services, NBFCs, banking, or captive financing operations will be an advantage.
• Attention to detail is beneficial.
