About the Role
The Founder's Office Intern will work closely with the founding team to support strategic initiatives, operations, and special projects across Biggbell’s creator and brand ecosystem. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring a high level of ownership, curiosity, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Prepare presentations and reports.
- Assist with community and campaign planning.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Help streamline processes.
- Track key metrics.
- Contribute ideas to improve products, partnerships, and creator/brand experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing, influencer/creator ecosystems, or digital media.
- Interest in internet culture and community-building.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management tools).
- Willingness to learn new platforms.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong sense of ownership in a startup environment.
