About the Role
Sun Tan City is seeking enthusiastic individuals for a part-time Retail Sales Associate position. Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all client needs are met and they are treated professionally.
- Engage with clients by building good relationships and understanding their needs.
- Make recommendations for products and services.
- Maintain minimum sales requirements.
- Multi-task, such as cleaning tanning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon arrival.
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
- Work cohesively with a team while upholding all company policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment.
- Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes.
- Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floor.
- Ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
- Ability to work independently during shifts as business needs require.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic computer skills and knowledge.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $11.00/hr or more.
- Average Earnings: Up to $15.00/hr (reflects average earnings of team members who meet all performance and training criteria; $15.00/hr is not guaranteed).
