About the Role
ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services, for an entry-level B2B role. This position targets clients and prospects with 1-49 employees within a defined geographic territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more.
- Sell additional solutions to existing clients.
- Cultivate relationships and set appointments.
- Gather leads from established business partners.
- Assess client or prospect needs to present the best ADP solutions.
- Spend time in the field closing business.
- Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
- Strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the network.

Qualifications
A college degree is not required.
Preferred experiences include:
- One to two years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry.
- Military experience.
- Prior quota-carrying experience.
- Ability to successfully build a network and effectively use social media for sales.

- Base Salary: USD $40,200.00 - USD $79,800.00 / Year*
