Pylon is the agentic support platform purpose-built for B2B. It enables humans and AI agents to collaborate on customer work, investigating, resolving, and acting on signals across all relevant channels. Pylon enriches interactions with account-level context, automates low-impact work, and surfaces answers proactively.

What You'll Do

• Build features to help customers in Customer Support and Customer Success roles run their operations more efficiently using AI.
• Build prototypes, work independently, iterate quickly, and ship fast.
• Have high autonomy, own projects end-to-end, and manage your own work.
• Work with PMs, designers, and other engineers in a highly collaborative, non-waterfall manner.
• Collaborate with a strong technical team of senior engineers from companies like Samsara, Affinity, Airbnb, and Meta.

What We're Looking For

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Must be able to start full-time in Summer 2027.
• Relevant internship experience or side projects demonstrating strong full-stack fundamentals.
• A growth mindset with a desire to constantly improve and receive feedback.
• Willingness to work in San Francisco and commit to building a positive company culture.

Compensation

• Base Salary Range: $150K - $180K annually.
• Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
• Eligible for stock options and a comprehensive benefits package.
