About the Role

This is an onsite role focused on marketing and promotions. The position is entry-level, with paid training provided, and seeks a candidate excited about working with nonprofit causes. The role involves collaborating across all organizational levels to identify and communicate the impact of charity clients, uncover donor insights, and develop innovative marketing campaigns to drive fundraising.

Key Responsibilities

• Increase donor funding through strategic brand positioning and territory management.
• Shape and communicate the organization's vision and mission via public speaking and one-on-one presentations.
• Translate brand elements into actionable plans and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage a team of marketing personnel working on brand initiatives.
• Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action."
• Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates.
• Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs.
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors' activities.
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
• Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
• Devise innovative growth strategies.
• Align the company around the brand's direction, choices, and tactics.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to receive training and coaching in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
• Capability to handle fieldwork and a high volume of in-person interaction.
• Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
• Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing or a related field.
