About the Role
PurAgain Water is seeking a Service Dispatcher to efficiently dispatch service technicians and ensure customers receive excellent service. This role is critical for maintaining smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage service calls and dispatch technicians to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Utilize strong understanding of local geography and traffic flow to optimize service routes.
- Ensure an 80% sit rate for service technicians by effectively scheduling and managing daily tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service, keeping customers informed and satisfied.
- Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate records of all service calls and technician assignments.
- Handle time management with precision, ensuring all service calls are addressed in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Logistics Expertise: Experience in logistics from military, warehouse, or delivery services (e.g., Uber, DoorDash).
- Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local area.
- Strong Computer Skills: Proficient in using CRM systems and other computer applications.
- Time Management: Excellent ability to juggle multiple tasks and complete them efficiently.
- Customer Service: Skilled at making customers feel valued and meeting their needs.
