Frontend Developer Intern

About the Role

The Frontend Developer Intern will support the design and implementation of user-facing features for Rypp’s web platform in a remote work setting. This internship role offers practical exposure to modern frontend tools, workflows, and best practices while contributing to a product used by real customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build responsive interfaces.
• Translate design concepts into clean, efficient code.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to improve user experience.
• Assist in optimizing page performance.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Troubleshoot UI-related issues.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and foundational skills in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design.
• Basic understanding of Web Development and Software Development principles and workflows.
• Exposure to Back-End Web Development concepts and ability to collaborate with backend teams.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar) is a plus.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and follow version control practices (e.g., Git).
• Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn from feedback.
• Effective remote communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or training program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
