SNH Event Coordination Intern

About the Role

SNH (SpectoV National Hackathon) is SpectoV’s national hackathon and a stage in our hiring process. We are looking for a coordinator to keep participant communication, groups, and data running smoothly.

Duration: 2 months

Mode: Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day SNH event activities and participant communication.
• Create and manage WhatsApp groups for participants, colleges, and teams.
• Handle participant data: collect, organise, update, and keep it accurate.
• Share event updates and announcements on time.
• Work with the SpectoV team and report progress regularly.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Event management experience.
• Experience creating and managing WhatsApp groups.
• Experience in data handling (spreadsheets or similar tools).
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines in a remote setup.
