About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, proactive Business Development & Marketing Intern to work directly alongside the founder. You will get end-to-end exposure to how marketing strategies are built, how agency-client relationships are nurtured, and how high-ticket deals are closed.
What You Will Be Doing
- Direct Strategic Support: Assist in networking, targeted outreach, and relationship-building with prospective clients.
- Client Engagement: Join live client meetings, take key notes, and understand business requirements firsthand.
- Strategy & Proposals: Collaborate on building content strategies, pitch decks, and custom campaign proposals for prospects.
- Growth Operations: Help analyze brand requirements and map out scaling strategies for clients.
Who Should Apply?
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A keen interest in marketing, agency growth, and content strategy.
- Highly reliable, organized, and available during the specified work hours (12:00 PM – 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday).
- Eager to learn directly from founder-led agency workflows.
Duration: 4 Months
Stipend: Up to ₹8,000 / month
