Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable training programs.
- Explain course features, fees, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrolments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize lead conversions.
- Build long-term relationships with students and provide excellent customer service.
