Job Title: International Voice Support Executive | UK Telecom Process
About the Role
Firstsource Solutions Limited, an RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group company, is hiring for an International Voice Support Executive.
Work Location: Bengaluru
Shift: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week Offs
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through inbound voice support.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Identify upselling opportunities and promote relevant products/services.
- Meet quality, productivity, and sales performance targets.
- Accurately document customer interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
- 10th Pass, 12th Pass, Diploma Holders, and Graduates are eligible.
- Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome.
- Fluent verbal communication in English is mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills required.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
- Postgraduate Freshers are not eligible.
- B.E./B.Tech Freshers are not eligible.
