About the Role
The Hoxton, Bengaluru City is opening its first neighbourhood hotel in Asia in 2026 and is seeking a Guest Service Associate, F&B Service to join its dynamic team. This role is crucial in defining the guest experience, ensuring a welcoming and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the face of the guest experience, bringing your unique flavour to their table.
- Ensure guests have a great time from arrival to departure.
- Work with the F&B team to ensure smooth operations.
- Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere for guests.
- Provide a genuinely welcoming and memorable experience, including a "Hox welcome", handling questions, and assisting with requests.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide solutions to exceed expectations.
