Assistant Designer – Menswear
About the Role
- Full-time, on-site position at Vamani Overseas Private Limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Support menswear collection design, concept development & mood boards.
- Prepare/update tech packs, design sheets & coordinate fittings.
- Conduct trend/market research.
- Liaise with sampling & production teams.
- Maintain design archives.
- Ensure brand/client alignment.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Fashion/Apparel Design degree preferred.
- Strong menswear interest.
- Experience with mood boards, trend research, and basic garment construction & fitting knowledge.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and MS Office.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and possess good communication skills.
- Internship in apparel is a plus.
- CLO or any other 3D & AI advanced level knowledge is an advantage.
