About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Chemical Engineer role based in Gurugram. The Chemical Engineer will support the development, testing, and optimization of materials and processes used in surge and lightning protection systems, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory experiments.
- Analyze test data.
- Contribute to process design and improvement for products used in infrastructure and industrial applications.
- Prepare technical documentation.
- Support compliance with relevant standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting product and process issues.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical input for customer projects and internal R&D activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Analytical Skills
- Structured problem-solving approach
- Laboratory Skills, including handling test equipment and following safety protocols.
- Knowledge of the Chemical Industry and its application to materials and process development.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and documenting technical findings.
- Process Engineering skills, including process design, optimization, and scale-up.
- Understanding of industrial safety standards and quality management practices.
- Familiarity with lightning protection or related sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
Qualifications
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
