About the Role
Vanthra Vilas, an intimate luxury wilderness retreat with 8 Private Pool Villas with Suite Rooms, is looking for a proactive, guest-focused Reservations & Sales Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and booking platforms.
- Convert enquiries into bookings and follow up with prospective guests and travel agents.
- Manage reservations, quotations, payments, and booking records.
- Coordinate guest preferences with the operations team for a seamless stay.
- Promote villa stays, Private Leopard Safaris, and curated experiences.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent communication and sales skills, attention to detail, and a warm, professional approach.
- Experience in hotel reservations, sales, or hospitality is preferred.
