About the Role
The Hoxton, Bengaluru City is opening its first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, located in the heart of Bengaluru's city centre in 2026. We are seeking a Guest Service Associate, F&B Service (Order Taker) to join our dynamic team. This role is an opportunity to bring a lifestyle brand to India and contribute to a high-tech city known for its vibrant cafe and pub culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the face of the guest experience, adding your personal touch to their table.
- Ensure guests have a great time from arrival to departure.
- Work with the F&B team to maintain smooth operations.
- Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere for guests to unwind and enjoy.
- Provide a genuinely welcoming and memorable experience, including "Hox welcomes," handling questions, and assisting with requests.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer solutions to exceed expectations.
Qualifications
- Passion for hospitality, encompassing drinks, meals, events, or accommodation.
- A desire to have a positive impact on guests, leaving them with a memorable experience.
- A collaborative spirit; willing to leave egos at the door and help get things done.
