Associate Product Manager

About the Role

• High-growth, VC-backed SaaS company hiring its founding India APM.
• This role involves running discovery calls, writing specs, and overseeing feature shipping.
• You will work directly with a designer and 2-3 engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Sit in on customer calls and support tickets to identify product shortcomings.
• Translate findings into written problem statements and rough specifications.
• Define "done" for a feature by setting metrics to track post-launch.
• Conduct competitor teardowns.
• Write release notes.
• Perform onboarding-flow QA.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 0-3 years of experience, ideally with exposure to a B2B or SaaS product (internship experience counts).
• Sharp, structured written communication skills.
• Basic comfort with data (e.g., SQL, Mixpanel, or similar) or a fast willingness to learn.
• Genuine curiosity about user behavior.
• A reliable remote-work setup.
