Role: STEM Expert (MSc./PhD)

Compensation: $60–$120/hour

About the Opportunity

• Contribute to AI training through technical problem-solving, scientific reasoning, data analysis, and Python-based workflows.
• Deep expertise in at least one relevant scientific or quantitative field is required; expertise across all STEM disciplines is not necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Solve complex scientific, mathematical, and technical problems within your area of expertise.
• Review AI-generated solutions for scientific, mathematical, and factual accuracy.
• Identify incorrect assumptions, reasoning errors, and overlooked constraints.
• Use Python or other programming languages for calculations, simulations, and validation.
• Provide rigorous, technically accurate solutions and feedback.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong expertise in at least one STEM field (e.g., chemistry, biology, mathematics, physics, geoscience, environmental science, robotics).
• Practical proficiency in Python or another programming language.
• Strong scientific, mathematical, or quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Experience using coding agents in technical workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with scientific tools such as NumPy, SciPy, pandas, SymPy, Jupyter, or relevant domain-specific libraries.
• Relevant expertise gained through academic research, industry, teaching, engineering, or independent technical work.

Compensation & Hours

• $60–$120/hour, with output-based payment for tasks meeting project specifications.
• Approximately 15 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
• Immediate availability preferred; first task expected within 24–48 hours after onboarding.
