Human Resources Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition HR Intern to join our HR team. In this hands-on role, you will gain end-to-end exposure to the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing top talent to managing recruitment drives and candidate onboarding. This is an excellent opportunity to build a solid foundation in core recruiting practices, candidate coordination, and job portal management.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively source, review resumes, and conduct initial phone screens using job portals like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri.
• Manage calendar invites, schedule multi-round interviews, and keep candidates and hiring managers seamlessly aligned.
• Assist in organizing, coordinating logistics, and executing virtual drives, and walk-in recruitments.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with popular job portals (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri, etc.) is a plus.
