Human Resource Recruiter

About the Role

• Source blue-collar candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, walk-ins, and other recruitment channels.
• Handle bulk hiring for roles such as helpers, machine operators, warehouse staff, delivery executives, technicians, drivers, and other frontline positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen candidates based on job requirements, experience, skills, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates to meet hiring targets within the required timelines.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and operations teams to understand manpower requirements.
• Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation, joining formalities, and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
• Ensure timely joining of candidates and reduce offer dropouts and no-shows.
• Willing to travel and field sourcing.

Qualifications

• Experience in blue-collar, frontline, staffing, or volume hiring will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
